We have arrived in the town of Espinho. This is a beach resort town.

We travelled 60km from Coimbra to Sao Jacinto where we had two rest days before a 47km ride into Espinho. The headwind up the coast made the ride a bit harder than we expected. Most of the route was on either sealed cycleways through the forest or wide boardwalks over the sand dunes which we appreciated after some of the rough trails we were on a few days ago.
